Welcome to Future Site Designs. These terms explain how our website and services work. By using futuresitedesigns.com or hiring us for a project, you agree to these terms.
Who We Are
Future Site Designs is a web design and digital marketing agency in Orlando, Florida, founded in 1998. We build websites on the Duda platform and provide related services like SEO, e-commerce, and website performance work.
Our Services
We offer website design, AI-driven SEO, e-commerce development, and related digital services. The details of any project — what's included, the timeline, and the cost — are set in the written quote or agreement for that specific project. If anything in a project agreement differs from these terms, the project agreement wins.
Quotes and Payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are listed in your project quote. Work begins after any required deposit is received. If an invoice goes unpaid, we may pause work until the account is current.
What We Need From You
To keep your project on schedule, we need you to:
- Provide content, images, logins, and feedback when we ask for them
- Respond to approval requests in a reasonable time
- Make sure any content you give us is yours to use, and doesn't infringe anyone's copyright or trademark
Delays in providing materials or feedback may extend the project timeline.
Who Owns What
When your project is complete and paid in full, you own your website's content and design. Anything you provide to us — your logo, photos, text — stays yours. Tools, code libraries, and platform features that belong to Duda or other providers stay with those providers and are covered by their licenses.
We may display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing. If you'd rather we didn't show yours, just tell us and we won't.
Third-Party Platforms
Our websites are built on the Duda platform, and your site may use other third-party services like hosting, email, analytics, or payment processors. Those services have their own terms and pricing, which we don't control. If a third-party platform changes its features or pricing, that's outside our hands, though we'll help you adjust.
Website Care After Launch
Unless your agreement includes ongoing maintenance, our responsibility for a project ends at launch. Websites need updates over time — if you'd like ongoing support, ask us about a maintenance plan.
What We Don't Guarantee
We do quality work, but we can't promise specific business outcomes. Search rankings, traffic, and sales depend on many factors outside anyone's control — including search engine algorithms — so we don't guarantee specific rankings or revenue results. Services are provided "as is" beyond what's written in your project agreement.
Limits on Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability on any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We're not responsible for indirect losses like lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Cancellation
Either of us can cancel a project with written notice. If you cancel, you'll be billed for work completed up to that point, and any deposit covering completed work is non-refundable. We'll hand over completed work that's been paid for.
Website Use
You're welcome to browse and use our website normally. Please don't attempt to hack, scrape, overload, or misuse the site, and don't copy our content for commercial use without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last Modified" date below shows the current version. Continuing to use our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
